Steps
1 Done | Bring the quail eggs to boil. When they are done, drain off hot water and run cold water over them until the eggs get cold. |
2 Done | Grind all the spice ingredients, shallot; garlic; candlenut; coriander; pepper and bay leaf. |
3 Done | In a medium size pot, put the ground spices into a boiling water. |
4 Done | To serve, thread 4 to 5 eggs into each skewer and serve with lettuce or other preferred fresh vegetables. |
