Steps
1 Done | Sift the all purpose flour into a bowl. |
2 Done | Dig a hole in center part of the combined flour. Slowly pour in the hot water in the hole and wait for 10 minutes. |
3 Done | Stir in the cold water and sesame oil, and knead the dough for 10 minutes or until the dough become soft, smooth, shinny and not sticky. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. |
4 Done | After resting, add the chopped green onions into the dough and combine well. |
5 Done | Divide the dough into 4 pieces equally. Then make each dough into a ball using our palms. |
6 Done | Brush each dough with oil and roll one dough at a time into a cylinder. Then coil it up into the shape of snail. |
7 Done | Roll each dough until flat using the rolling pin. |
8 Done | Heat the vegetable oil on the frying pan over medium heat. One at a time, fry the pancake for 3 minutes or until turn lightly brown with brown spots each side. Repeat for the rest of pancakes. |
9 Done | Remove the pancakes from the heat and serve immediately. Garnish with your favorite chopped herbs leaves if you desired. |
