On this recipe you will be able to taste Filipino dish with the Spanish influence. Moreover if you are die-hard garlic lovers, this recipe is the perfect combination of juicy beef and strong garlic taste.

In a bowl, combine cubed beef chunks with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Take 4 cloves of garlic and minced, then add into the bowl. Mix well and massage the beef briefly.
Marinate it for one hour.

Cut the remaining garlic into thin slices and put aside.

Melt the butter on frying pan over high heat. Saute thinly sliced garlic until fragrant and starts to brown.

Add in the marinated beef into the hot pan and let it sear until all sides turn to brown.

Add in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and continue to cook. Stirring continuously to mix evenly for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve it hot on the plate with hot steamed white rice.
