Steps
1 Done | In a bowl, combine cubed beef chunks with salt, black pepper and olive oil. |
2 Done | Cut the remaining garlic into thin slices and put aside. |
3 Done | Melt the butter on frying pan over high heat. Saute thinly sliced garlic until fragrant and starts to brown. |
4 Done | Add in the marinated beef into the hot pan and let it sear until all sides turn to brown. |
5 Done | Add in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and continue to cook. Stirring continuously to mix evenly for another 5 minutes. |
6 Done | Remove from the heat and serve it hot on the plate with hot steamed white rice. |
