Directions
Oxtail soup is one of the most popular dishes in Indonesian cuisine. Made from pieces of beef tail that are seasoned and then grilled or fried and put in a slightly clear beef broth with sliced potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, scallions, celery and a sprinkling of fried onions.
Steps

2 Done | How to make :Heat the water and then bring it to a boil. |
3 Done | Bring the new water to a boil then add the oxtail and boil until soft |
4 Done | Heat the oil and sauté the ground beef until fragrant and cooked |
5 Done | Put the stir fry in the oxtail stew pan |
6 Done | Add carrots and potatoes and cook on low heat until boiling. |
7 Done | Season with salt and cloves and then add the chamomile, sugar and cinnamon |
8 Done | Also add cardamom and nutmeg and test the taste. |
9 Done | Add the celery and cook until the tail is tender and the spices are absorbed |
10 Done | Add the scallions and tomato slices then remove and serve |
