Curry Seasoning:

2 tablespoons of cooking oil
4 tablespoons butter (butter)
2 onions, thinly sliced
5 cm ginger, grated
2 large cloves of garlic, grated
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons of tomato paste

How to Make Japanese Curry:

Melt the butter with the cooking oil. Saute ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add the flour and stir for 1 minute.

Add tomato paste, chili powder, and curry powder.

Add potatoes, carrots, meat, and white wine juice or vinegar solution. Cook while stirring until it boils and there are no lumps anymore.

Add the water, then season the curry with the mushroom broth, salt, sugar, and sweet apple. Cook, stirring, until the curry sauce thickens and turns brown like steak sauce.
