- Ebi furai is Japanese fried shrimp. Derived from the word ebi fry which means fried shrimp. Unlike the tempura which is wrapped in a mixture of flour and egg white, the ebi furai is wrapped in crispy breadcrumbs.

1 Done | Wet Dough:3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 Done | How to Make Ebi Furai:Peel the prawns from the skin and leave the tail. Wash using clean running water. |
3 Done | Shrimp body parts. |
4 Done | Combine all wet ingredients and mix until smooth. |
5 Done | Dip the prawns in the dry flour, then into the wet mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs. Repeat for the remaining shrimp. |
6 Done | Fry the prawns until golden brown, using medium heat. If it is cooked, remove and drain. |
