1 Done | Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry until they turn golden brown. |
2 Done | Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. |
3 Done | Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes turn soft. |
4 Done | Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well. |

7 Done | Cook the liver for around 10-15 minutes or until it is cooked through. Do not overcook it as it can become tough and rubbery. |
