Beef and broccoli is an easy and simple cooking recipe. Enjoy this Chinese style beef and broccoli recipe to prepare main dish for your lunch or dinner. It’s best serve with hot steamed white rice, but also nice to have it with noodles.

In a mixing bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and whisk together.
Cut the beef into bite-sized strips, then marinate the beef strips for about 15-20 minutes. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix sesame oil, oyster sauce, corn starch, soy sauce, sugar and water for the stir fry sauce. Whisk them together and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
Once heated, cook the marinated beef strips until almost cooked through. Dish out and set it aside.

Heat the remaining vegetable oil, add the minced garlics and sliced ginger. Stir fry for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and continue stir fry for about 5 minutes or until tender.

Transfer back the cooked beef and sauce mixture into the skillet.
Continue cook and stirring for about 2-3 minutes or until the beef fully cooked and the sauce is thickened.

Remove from the heat and serve it with hot steamed white rice.
