- 3 tablespoons Ginger

Steps
1 Done | In a mixing bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and whisk together. |
2 Done | In a separate bowl, mix sesame oil, oyster sauce, corn starch, soy sauce, sugar and water for the stir fry sauce. Whisk them together and set aside. |
3 Done | Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. |
4 Done | Heat the remaining vegetable oil, add the minced garlics and sliced ginger. Stir fry for about 1 minute or until fragrant. |
5 Done | Transfer back the cooked beef and sauce mixture into the skillet. |
6 Done | Remove from the heat and serve it with hot steamed white rice. |
