Steps
Done | Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. |
Done | In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. |
Done | Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add the spice mixture. Toss until the wings are evenly coated. |
Done | Transfer the wings to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. |
Done | While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together the lime juice, honey, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. |
Done | Heat the sauce over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. |
Done | Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. |
Done | Pour the sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated. |
Done | Serve the wings with a sprinkle of chopped fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired. Enjoy! |
