Chicken katsu (chicken cutlet (Japanese: チキンカツ, Hepburn: chikinkatsu)), also known as panko chicken, or tori katsu (torikatsu (鶏カツ)) is a Japanese dish of fried chicken made with panko bread crumbs which is also popular in Australia, Hawaii, London, California, and other areas of the world

Tonkotsu sauce ingredients:

- 100 ml of tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons English sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar

Salad Ingredients:

- purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- white cabbage, thinly sliced
- carrots, thinly sliced
- mayonnaise
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- sugar

How to cook:

Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder. stir well. Set aside

Coat the chicken fillet with the salt mixture.

Beat the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
