1 Done | Tonkotsu sauce ingredients:- 100 ml of tomato sauce |
2 Done | Salad Ingredients:- purple cabbage, thinly sliced |
3 Done | How to cook:Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder. stir well. Set aside |
4 Done | Coat the chicken fillet with the salt mixture. |
5 Done | Beat the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. |
6 Done | Coat the chicken fillet with flour. Shake slightly to remove excess flour. |
7 Done | Dip the chicken into the egg and milk mixture. Roll in breadcrumbs. Coat the outside evenly. |
8 Done | Fried chicken. Lift, drain. |
9 Done | For tonkotsu sauce: Mix soy sauce and sugar. stir well. add tomato sauce and oyster sauce. stir well. |
10 Done | For salad: Mix lime juice, sesame oil, and soy sauce. stir well. add sugar. stir well. Add mayonnaise. stir well. |
