Ingredients
- 500 grams Garlic BulbPre-cleaned
- 3 cups Anchovy broth
- 3 slices
- 2 stalksChopped
- 3 clovesCrushed
- 2 cups Ginger
- 2 1/2 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 1/4 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
Pork large intestine is not everyone dish, because some will prefer other parts of the pork as their meal. Some will find troublesome to do the preparation and cleaning the intestine. But if you can handle the preparation and cleaning, it’s worth with the result. Crispy and tasty deep fried pork large intestine!
Steps
1 Done | Prepare the pork intestine by turn the intestine inside out and peel off and scrub the inner coating of the intestine, if there is any. |
2 Done | Pour in apple cider vinegar in a large bowl, and soak the intestine for about 25-30 minutes. |
3 Done | Transfer the intestine into a pot, pour in the water and add in the ginger, green onions, garlics and rice wine. Bring to boil. |
4 Done | Remove the intestine from the heat and wash thoroughly. Cut the intestine crosswise into small pieces of bite size. |
5 Done | Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fry machine or pan fry over medium high heat. Once heated, deep fry the intestines until golden brown and crispy. |
6 Done | Serve it on a plate and garnish with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. |
