Steps
1 Done | First, prepare the quail eggs. Boil the eggs and let it cool until you can handle. Peel. |
2 Done | Prepare 3 different bowls. Place the all purpose flour in the first bowl, panko in the second bowl. |
3 Done | Heat the vegetable oil in large frying pan or deep frying machine over high temperature. |
4 Done | Thread 5 quail eggs into each skewer. |
5 Done | Dip the floured skewer in the beaten egg, then roll it in panko. |
6 Done | Once the oil heated, put the skewers in the oil. Let it fry for about 3-5 minutes or until the panko coating is golden and crisp. |
7 Done | Remove the skewers from the heat and transfer them to paper towels-lined plate to drain the excess oil. Serve it with your favorite dipping sauce. |
