Ingredients
- 150 grams of cabbage cut into small pieces Heavy cream

Directions
Gado-gado is a typical Jakarta dish containing boiled vegetables, sliced egg and tofu, and sprinkled with fried onions and crackers. Vegetables are added with peanut sauce or sauce from ground peanuts which are then stirred evenly
Steps
1 Done | Sauce Ingredients:• 4 pieces of cayenne pepper |
2 Done | How to make :Boil all vegetables until soft and then drain. |
3 Done | Puree red chili, salt, cayenne pepper and also shrimp paste until smooth |
4 Done | Add peanuts and walnuts |
5 Done | Add sour water, soy sauce, water and brown sugar. |
6 Done | Stir well and cook on a frying pan until it boils. |
7 Done | Let it cool and then ready to serve with others |
8 Done | Take a plate and add vegetables and potatoes |
9 Done | Then also add tofu and eggs. |
10 Done | Pour the peanut sauce then sprinkle with fried onions and fried chips |
