Directions

Steps
1 Done | In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. |
2 Done | Add the broth, potatoes, and bay leaves. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender. |
