Tinutuan or Manado Porridge is a typical Indonesian food from Manado, North Sulawesi. There are also those who say that tinutuan is a typical food of Minahasa, North Sulawesi.

Vegetable Ingredients:

- 5 gedi leaves, finely chopped.
- 1 sheet of turmeric leaf, chopped as finely as possible.
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped.
- 1 bunch of kale, take the leaves and young shoots, coarsely chop
- 1 small bunch of spinach, take the leaves.
- 1 bowl of basil, from 5 small bunches of basil, take only the leaves and young shoots.

- 5 lemongrass stalks, take the white part only and crush it.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 1 tbsp salt.
- Mushroom broth to taste.
- 6 garlic, finely chopped.
- 6 thinly sliced red onions.

How to cook :

Wash the rice, then in a saucepan add water, rice, cassava, sweet potato and cook on low heat until the cassava and sweet potato are soft.
