Tinutuan or Manado Porridge is a typical Indonesian food from Manado, North Sulawesi. There are also those who say that tinutuan is a typical food of Minahasa, North Sulawesi.
Steps
1 Done | Vegetable Ingredients:- 5 gedi leaves, finely chopped. |
2 Done | Spice:- 5 lemongrass stalks, take the white part only and crush it. |

4 Done | How to cook :Wash the rice, then in a saucepan add water, rice, cassava, sweet potato and cook on low heat until the cassava and sweet potato are soft. |
5 Done | Add the garlic, onion, bay leaf and lemongrass while continuing to stir, add the corn and pumpkin. |
6 Done | Add water if needed, add salt, pepper and mushroom broth, mix well again. |
7 Done | After the rice has become the last porridge, add all the vegetables, mix well, correct the taste, remove from heat. |
