1 teaspoon Whole milk
1/2 cup

The best way to enjoy summer time is to scoop some cold desserts, fruity sweet desserts will be the good call. Mango lovers definitely know how good mango will create summer memories! Rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and fiber, mango also taste gorgeous when it serve as pudding.

PANNA COTTA

In a bowl, dissolve the gelatine in a milk, stir until mix well. Let it soak for 5 minutes.

Mix heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract and sugar in a pot, bring to boil over medium heat and stir constantly.

Add in the gelatine mixture on the first step into pot. Stir constantly for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.

Remove pot from heat and let it cool. Once at room temperature, scoop into glass to fill 2/3 part. Continue fill the other glasses until finish the mixture.

Refrigerate them for 2 hours or until firm.

MANGO LAYER

In a bowl, dissolve the gelatine in water and let it soak for 5 minutes.

Add chopped mangoes to a blender or food processor, and puree until smooth.

Transfer the mango puree into a pot and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add in dissolved gelatine and mix completely.

Remove pot from heat and let it cool.

ASSEMBLY

Take out the glass from refrigerator, spoon mango mixture over the firm panna cotta. Repeat with other glasses until finish the mango mixture.

Return all the glasses back to the refrigerator and let it set for 2 hours or until firm.

If desired, top with mint leaves and mango slices before serve.
