Steps
1 Done | In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, grated coconut, coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, turmeric, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cloves, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. |
2 Done | Stir in the kaffir lime leaves, shallots, cilantro, and mint. |
3 Done | Form the mixture into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter. |
4 Done | Thread the patties onto the bamboo skewers. |
5 Done | Grill the satay over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. |
