Ingredients
- 1 kg beef ribs. Beansprout
- 1700 ml of water. Ginger
- ½ grated coconut then roasted until dry and then mashed.
- 1 Cocoa powder
- 2 Hot water
- 2 cm Fried soybean
- Shallots and celery leaves to taste buckwheat
- Hamburger Buns

Directions
Konro soup is a typical Indonesian beef rib soup dish originating from the Bugis and Makassar traditions. This soup is usually made with beef or beef ribs. This blackish-brown soup dish is usually eaten with burasa and ketupat which are cut into pieces first.
Steps
1 Done | Ground spices :- 10 cloves of red onion. |
2 Done | Supplementary material :- White or free rice. |
3 Done | How to cook :Presto beef ribs until tender with enough water, strain to take 1 liter of broth. |
4 Done | Transfer to a regular saucepan, add the ribs and broth, then add 700 ml of plain water or to taste. |
5 Done | Sauté the ground spices with enough oil until fragrant, then put it in the spare ribs pot, add the bay leaves, lime leaves, cinnamon and mashed roasted coconut, mix well, add sugar, salt and ground beef stock, bring to a boil, check for taste. |
6 Done | Enter the chopped celery leaves and spring onions to taste and simmer briefly turn off the heat. |
7 Done | Serve in a serving bowl then sprinkle with fried onions. |
