Steps
1 Done | Cut the chicken into large pieces and score lightly with a knife. |
2 Done | In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, garam masala and vegetable oil. |
3 Done | Add the chicken to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. |
4 Done | Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). |
5 Done | Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. |
6 Done | Alternatively, you can grill the chicken over high heat for 10-12 minutes per side or until cooked through. |
