When is your last time cook udon noodles by yourself? This recipe is a Japanese style of stir-fried udon noodles (Yaki Udon). Easy and not much ingredients needed. Cook this udon noodles if you’re looking dish to substitute your normal egg noodles dish.

1 Done | Prepare the vegetables. |

3 Done | Bring the udon noodles to boil according to the package instructions. |
4 Done | Heat the vegetable oil in skillet over medium high heat. |
5 Done | Then add the carrot and cabbage, stir fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until coated with oil. |
6 Done | Add the udon noodles, stir to combine it with other ingredients. |
7 Done | Remove from the heat and transfer the noodles into a plate and serve it. |
